Esmeralda Molina, a native of Tyler, Texas, embodies the essence of family, dedication, and achievement. Married to her high school sweetheart, she finds joy in raising their 12-year-old son while balancing a fulfilling career as a Retail Market Manager at Altra Federal Credit Union. Growing up in a tight-knit family of five, with two loving sisters and parents who still reside in Tyler, Esmeralda values the bonds of kinship and community. As a first-generation college graduate, she takes pride in her journey of academic accomplishment. Beyond her professional endeavors, Esmeralda finds solace in the simple pleasures of life, whether it is embarking on adventures to new destinations, strolling through the park, or cherishing moments with her beloved family and friends.

I truly love helping others and being a Woman of Hope allows me to do that by advocating and bringing awareness to this wonderful organization.
